Whole Wheat Dosa Recipe by Gowri Chebbi
Ingredients:
1. 2 cups whole wheat
2. Salt to taste
Masala:
3. 1 onion, chopped
4. 2 red chilies, minced
5. 2 green chilies, minced
6. 1 teaspoon cumin seeds (jeera)
7. 2 to 3 curry leaves, chopped
8. 2 to 3 cilantro leaves, chopped
Method:
1. Soak the whole wheat overnight.
2. Grind the soaked whole wheat into a smooth batter.
3. Add the masala ingredients to the batter and mix well.
4. Use the batter to make hot dosas.
